Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) launches their new car called i10[i20] which is going to compete with maruti cars. With a low price band and many extra features this car is a sure shot buy though price is not the only factor and other factors like maintainence, mileage and others count in too. i10 would be counted in the small cars section since its smaller than getz which is another product of hyundai cars.





The name of this car seems to be copied from Apple products names like the iphone and ipod which clearly shows that the company is targetting the youth by giving a new generation name to the car and would challenge other cars currently in the market which include maruti wagon R , Zen estillo and the latest Chevrolet Spark. Hyundai i10 will be exported to all over the world from india and comes in 4 variants – Hyundai i10 D-Lite, Hyundai i10 Era, Hyundai i10 Magna and the automatic version Hyundai i10 D-Auto.

2012 Hyundai Veloster Edition

Hyundai unveiled its top three-door Hyundai coupe Veloster world premiere at the 2011 North American International Auto Show. Dynamic conception of Hyundai Veloster rear has a distinctive glass container, dual exhaust with chrome tips centered and lower fascia that complements the black front panel statement.
Inside, the center console and the controls are like a sport bike fuel tank and incorporate a provision starter button. The air vents are inspired by the exhausts of motorcycles, while the floor console mirrors the seat of a bicycle. Metallic accents abound throughout the interior. Alloy pedals and a leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob are also available.
















Hyundai Veloster combines the style of a coupe and functionality of a hatchback, while incorporating a door on the passenger charge. In the past some have used small coupes rear access doors with hinges. These coupes always been compromised by having to open the driver’s door before the rear door can be opened and proved to be inconvenient for the driver and passenger, and extremely difficult to work in tight parking situations. Hyundai fresh take here implements a conventionally hinged door on the passenger side of the Hyundai Veloster, providing safe and ready access to the surprisingly roomy back seats. The rear door handle on the passenger side is hidden to keep the project coupe. RANGE 1.6-liter GDI
The new range-engine 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine is the smallest Hyundai uses gasoline direct injection (GDI). GDI technology helps deliver estimated fuel economy highway 40 mpg, lower emissions and higher reliability.
“The technology of gasoline direct injection allowed Hyundai engineers to create an engine that is powerful, low fuel consumption, and has less emissions,” said Hyundai American Technical Center Inc. All New Hyundai Elantra Spotted

We recently spotted Hyundai’s next venture into the Indian car market, the all new Elantra. The 2011 Elantra a.k.a the Avante was unveiled at the Busan Auto Show in South Korea and now will be soon seen in India. We spotted the car during its test runs and we expect the all new sedan to hit the Indian roads in the later half of 2011. We did not get a chance to see the interiors of the car but by the looks of it the one which was tested was a left-hand drive.

We suspect that the Hyundai Elantra Avante will boast of a 2.0 litre CRDi engine. The sedan will be priced between Rs 12-15 lakh, thereby stiffening the competition in that segment. The Elantra, if priced in that range, will compete with the Chevrolet Cruze, Honda Civic and the Corolla Altis.

Hyundai i10 Electric

Hyundai - the Korean auto giant is set to make public the electric version of its compact car 'i10'. The announcement would be made at the upcoming Auto Expo to be held in Delhi. Hyundai will also display the existing range of products and vehicles with a futuristic technology at the event which begins January 5.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd states "Hyundai i10 Electric is a zero-emission vehicle that reconciles motoring with the environmental aspirations of customers looking for a vehicle with the best possible ecological footprint." It also added "Hyundai Motor India's pavilion will also display its futuristic technology in the form of concept vehicles to highlight the superior and advanced technology that the company has pioneered."

Previously, in 2007, Hyundai had launched the Hyundai i10 with internal combustion engine in 2007.At present, HMIL is the country's largest car exporter and the second largest car manufacturer with a line up of alternate fuel technology in vehicles like the CNG and LPG versions of its small car Hyundai Santro. This would be followed with its sedan Accent and small car Hyundai i10.

Although it have not been decided the exact day, many local newspaper and magazines have announced that it will be released in a couple of days towards. This new car is imported completely from India. The problem is, the price of the car will increase significantly which caused by the import fee. Further more, there have many other city car which have been exist on the market such as Kia Picanto. This car will replace the Atoz which have been sold on Indonesian market for several years. Hyundai, the South Korean automaker-that-could, plans to offer more personalized service and deliver the royal treatment to owners of its upcoming $50,000+ Equus luxury sedan that will slot above the Genesis in the firm's U.S. lineup.

First of all, those interested in buying the car won't even have to bother going to the dealership. As part of Hyundai's "Your Time, Your Place" program, a salesman will bring an Equus right in front of your door for demonstration purposes and a test drive.

If you decide to buy the car, then you'll be eligible for another perk, Hyundai's Valet Service program, which provides at-home pickup for Equus service and maintenance. And while your car is in for a fix, a dealer "valet" will drop off a Genesis so you can move around. Did we mention that Hyundai has also replaced the car's manual with an Apple iPad?

And if you're wondering how will Hyundai be able to offer so much to its Equus customers, the answer is simple; low volume. According to Hyundai Motor America President and CEO John Krafcik, the firm doesn't expect to sell more than 2,000 to 3,000 Equus sedans a year in the States.
